Design

As the start of the design process I decided to do a page of initial ideas. I use the process of putting down initial ideas to help me get some visual ideas down on paper of what I can do an what direction I can go with the project. it is also a way of putting down an remembering any thoughts or ideas that i have for the project very quickly and simply.

The next stage is taking the best/ my favourite ideas from the initial ideas and I expand on then. At this stage I chose my three favourite ideas and started to sketch them in more detail than previously and annotating them. this is so that I can analyse the designs and details of the design.

Next is the 1st step to seeing the final design for my project. At this point I have to imagine the objects and components that I have to fit in my speaker housings so that I can do the final drawing before I start to design the project using Pro Engineer ( CAD/CAM software).  

This part is the last part of the 2D design process for my project. This part is an accurate representation of what I wish to create for my final outcome, this step involves colour and final annotation. I do this because it helps me visualise what I want to construct in Pro Engineer.
