- The mp3 Amp has to fit its purpose of been a giveaway to festival going people and suitable for its target audience, which is most likely 16-30 year olds.
- It must also be build and finished to a high standard and be an effective prototype.
Requirements for
Product
- Must be strong and sturdy to deal with most of the events that could happen at a festival.
- It must be appealing to young adults in the target market.
- Must give a good audio quality.
- Must be able to hold all the necessary components.
- Must give access to the batteries to replace them.
- Should be able to fit onto all standard MP3 payers.
- Should not contain or have anything that can be a health and safety risk.
- It must be mainly constructed and designed by using the process of CAD/CAM development (of which mine will be laser cutting using Pro Engineer)
Time Scale
- The project should be ready to hand in by the 26th November.
Cost
- The product is designed to be a give away so should cost less than £20
